Concept Design
The first step is to develop the initial design concept, based on client's needs and preferences, site conditions, budget, and other factors. This may involve sketches of plans & elevations / 3D models

Design Development
During the design development phase, Architect takes initial design concept and develops it further, incorporating feedback from the client and other stakeholders. Architect will work closely with the client to ensure that the design meets their needs and expectations. Architect will create more detailed drawings and sketches to illustrate the proposed design, including plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and other visual representations of the design.

Comfort Homes provides Structure and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) drawings as per client request. Building structure drawings and MEP drawings are both essential tools in the design and construction of a building. Structure drawings provide detailed information on the building's load-bearing components, while MEP drawings provide information on the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Together, these drawings help architects, engineers, and contractors to visualize the building's design and layout, ensure the safety and stability of the structure, estimate costs, and guide contractors through the construction process.

Supervision
Supervisor regularly inspecting the construction site to ensure that work is being carried out according to the plans and specifications. Monitoring the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that it is completed to the required quality standards and in compliance Coordinating with other professionals involved in the construction process, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being carried out effectively and efficiently.
